Our second week of Yoga Dan's Sproga Residency went off without a hitch and we are so thankful for everyone that showed up! This class is a great way to start your day rejuvenated and energized. Incorporating a vibrating foam roller, Dan runs you through a far from average yoga routine, that is fit for all skill levels. By the end of the class you are left wondering, "What was life before Sproga?". Come by next week and you be the judge! Check out the photo recap below:
