WEEK #3 Sproga Residency at KCDC Skateshop

A little bit of rain this week but that didn't stop us from getting our stretch on!  Week #3 of the Sproga Residency with Yoga Dan once again got us feeling energized and ready to attack the weekend!  If you missed this week we still have 1 more class, date pending due to a scheduling issue, but be sure to direct message us on instagram if you'd like to attend.  All skill levels are welcome and there are some great prizes that we will be raffling off including a couple vibrating foam rollers from Hyperice and a signed skateboard from Natas Kapas!  Don't miss out!  Check the photo recap below :)

Our second week of Yoga Dan's Sproga Residency went off without a hitch and we are so thankful for everyone that showed up!  This class is a great way to start your day rejuvenated and energized.  Incorporating a vibrating foam roller, Dan runs you through a far from average yoga routine, that is fit for all skill levels.  By the end of the class you are left wondering, "What was life before Sproga?".  Come by next week and you be the judge! SPROGA RESIDENCY AT KCDC SKATESHOP

This past Saturday, July 21st, we kicked off our first of four Free Yoga Classes here in the shop led by our friend Mister Yoga Dan!  Dan offers a very unique style of yoga incorporating foam rollers and espresso shots.  Patented by Dan, this class is a great way to get energized and center yourself in your yoga practice!  If you'd like to be a part of this limited time only yoga class feel free to DM us your full name and the class you'd like to attend on instagram @kcdcskateshop!  Classes will fill up quick so be sure to sign up now!  Mats will be provided, just bring water!
