A little bit of rain this week but that didn't stop us from getting our stretch on! Week #3 of the Sproga Residency with Yoga Dan once again got us feeling energized and ready to attack the weekend! If you missed this week we still have 1 more class, date pending due to a scheduling issue, but be sure to direct message us on instagram if you'd like to attend. All skill levels are welcome and there are some great prizes that we will be raffling off including a couple vibrating foam rollers from Hyperice and a signed skateboard from Natas Kapas!
